Smoked Salmon Pate

This is a super simple appetizer. You can make it at a moments notice, or a day before. Any leftover pate makes a great sandwich too.

Quick and easy spread made with smoked salmon and canned salmon.

  • ¼ pound smoked salmon
  • 1 can (7 oz.) red salmon
  • 1 package (4 oz.) cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor, and process until smooth. Pack into a serving dish. Store in the fridge.
  2. Serve with crackers or small pieces of bread to spread it on. Add capers or dill to garnish if desired.
